Charles Corwin - Head Chef
Charles has been our head chef since 2017 and has really helped to expand our delicious menu. He is an avid outdoorsmen and angler, and enjoys cruising around in his Jeep. He is known for his classic meal of Hot Dogs and Mac 'n' Cheese.
Benjamin Corwin - Sous Chef
Benjamin joined his brother Charles in our kitchen in 2019. He is our newest chef, but he has already made a huge impact for our business.
