What I do
HTML + CSS
I build responsive, mobile-first websites with clean semantic HTML and custom CSS/SCSS architecture. I'm comfortable with layout, accessibility best practices, and writing organized, maintainable stylesheets from scratch.
JavaScript
I use vanilla JavaScript to build practical, interactive tools — including a browser-based report automation tool currently in use at Purdue's Birck Nanotechnology Center. I focus on clean structure, real-world problem solving, and writing code that non-technical users can actually rely on.
Python
I've used Python professionally to automate repetitive workflows — including a desktop report processing application and an email distribution list automation script, both deployed and actively used at work.

Hello, my name is Kyle Corwin. I'm a developer and IT student based out of Lafayette, Indiana, working toward my B.S. in Information Technology at Purdue University Global. By day I work at Purdue's Birck Nanotechnology Center, where I've spent the last several years building automation tools and web projects to solve real workplace problems.
When I'm not coding, I'm usually working on a home improvement project, out fishing, exploring the outdoors, or in the garage doing some woodworking. I also enjoy gaming in my downtime. I'm a husband to my high-school sweetheart and a dad to three boys.
